Hi, I recently purchased skymaxx pro v2.1 (I think). I ran the installer and up to there it was all good. But now I launch xplane and the activation window does not pop up. And of course no clouds are in the sky. I wanted to know if this happens, or happened, to anyone else, and if anyone can help me. THANK YOU PEOPLE

What screen res are you running X-Plane ? And what screen res do you run your desktop. If you have up-scaled windows desktop more then 100% the installer will not view the sign in page.

Learned this trick years ago with all of these installers. Took forever to figure it out. In order to get the installer to show your sign in installer box, reduce your desktop screen res to 100%.

Then try again.

the resolutions are as you said. i could run perfectly the installer, no issue with that. the problem is when I launch xplane, that the activation window of skymaxx pro does not appear.

I looked at your Log.txt file and could only find 1 mention of Gizmo.

"D:\Program Files (x86)/X-Plane/Resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/64/win.xpl : Error Code = 127 : No se encontró el proceso especificado."

or...

"The specified process is not found

Gizmo is not installed.

Have you removed Gizmo?

If you have, Then Skymaxx will not run.
