Hey everybody,

as I posted on Facebook already, I had some trouble with black artifacts on the flashing lights on cranes and pylons.

I include two pictures below.

After I removed all the plugins and FlyWithLua tweaks I recently installed, the issue was still present.

I guess we also all know that an NVidia driver update caused some trouble with red lines in the horizon already, so it made sense to check on that, too.

Fortunately it's also not the graphics card driver, which causes these artifacts, since people - using ATI graphics cards - told me they experience the same.

After a hint by one of the developers of the JAR Design A320neo, I uninstalled SkyMaxx Pro and - surprise - all the artifacts were gone.

So I have to admit that I like SMP for what it does, great clouds, sky enhancements etc. but especially at night I cannot stand the look of those artifacts on cranes and pylons.

This is why I ask you to fix that :)
Thank you in advance and I hope we'll see great skies and beautiful lights.

The first pic with the issue and SMP installed:

The second pic without SMP. Issue is gone:

I created a second X-Plane version for the 10.30 Beta and removed the Fly with Lua plugin and now the black artefacts have gone. I was using the Raleigh scattering mods script along with the lights script so I suspect it might have been one of them causing the problem. SkyMaxx is still installed and looking great in 10.3
