Location of Preset Effects

Does anyone know where the preset effects are stored? ..... I want to copy them and place them in the user file so I can start from a point that is close to what I like ... presently that is GREEN SHIFT ... I did a full drive search and cannot find them.

The preset effects appear to be hard-coded, but you'll need JohnMaxx to clarify that for you.

Unfortunately yes they are hard coded, I think I may be able to pull them out for you to use...Hold up....

Thank You ...... worked fine ... quick question ... the presets you provided have an extension *.exp .... what if any difference would that make since the presets I edit and save do not have the file extension *.exp .... Thanks Again

It shouldn't make any difference, the EXP file is just a text file that stores the preset values.......

I like the Mojave Desert preset, it wasn't included in the files above... Can you put that one up?

Glad you're enjoying it  A few of the built-in effects, including "Mojave Desert", involve specialized shader code and can't be replicated just through presets. That particular effect does some fancy stuff to play games with the saturation of the colors in both HSV and RGB color spaces.

Figures... that entry looks great, my hats off to the creator. I could swear I was looking down at a Brooklyn neighborhood (in the summer heat) coming into KLGA. I just would of liked to kick up the contrast a bit.
