djMot Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 Just before launch, it was stated that HDR sample images would be posted. I've looked, but I have not found them. Could someone point me in the right direction for those. I'm specifically looking for morning and evening shots as I'm hoping that the custom sky colors allow for vastly different colors during those times of day. I'm so dead sick and tired of Laminar Orange, which I'm sure by now is a Crayola color all its own. Quote
AtomicFrawg Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 If you look around in the screen shot areas and in other places in skymaxx support. You will see I posted a few with HDR on. I know other people have also posted with HDR on. Quote

Cameron Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 Sky colors look no different in HDR than they do in non-HDR. We include multiple sky set colors, and this includes big alternatives to the default orange you speak of. Quote
canox Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 Please looks at the pics in the link JohnMaxx posted post #5. I hate to toot my own horn but I think those are some of the best SkyMaxx atmosphere shots...Try the Tropical Sky colour pack, to me it gives the most realistic looking colours in any location. Ive noticed HDR doesnt affect the clouds as much as it does the ground textures and terrain. 1 Quote
