Not Activating

Hello,

Challenger 650 isn't activating for me.  I have uninstalled (and deleted any left over file related to X-Aviation and the Challenger).  Redownloaded and reinstalled.  When I turn on the battery, I am getting a "Aircraft Not Activated" message on the avionics screen.

I have not been prompted to login when opening the aircraft.  On a Mac, opening XPlane 12 in Rosetta.

Your log shows the CL650 plugin is loading without issues. The problem is on the X-Aviation/Gizmo licensing side. The relevant lines from your log:

GK: 404: license database
GK: Empty license file. Defaulting to login page.
GK-IPC: No license: (hotstart.challenger650)
GK: No valid auth token, manual login required.

Gizmo is unable to locate a valid license and is failing to present the login prompt. Activation and licensing are handled entirely by X-Aviation, so please contact support directly for further assistance. You can reach them here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php

Is this a laptop with an external monitor? Disconnect the latter and you might just find the login window...
