slipperfruit Posted May 24 Report Posted May 24 I was trying to activate my CL60 today that I bought on x-aviation but it said my pc was already registered to another account. How can I unactivate so I can sign in to the one that I bought it with? I already tried contacting x-aviation support but got no response.

slipperfruit Posted May 26 Author Report Posted May 26 Challenger was purchased on 7 Jan 2022. I can give you the order number if you'd like. And IDK how I ended up with 2 x-aviation accounts it was probably because I was up at 3 in the morning not able to think straight.

Goran_M Posted May 30 Report Posted May 30 If you submitted a support ticket, it's just a matter of waiting. I don't have anything to do with activations of add ons. That is all handled by X-Aviation, directly. Make sure you only send one support request, as more than one will result in the original one getting deleted and a new one created, resulting in getting pushed back in the queue. Confirm X-Aviation received it, by noting a ticket reference number sent to you. If you haven't received it, check your junk email. I can't comment on the situation, as I don't have all the facts. This all has to be checked by X-Aviation only. I don't have access to your orders or your emails, as this would breach privacy laws.
