To upload or not to upload

Ok, I have this really detailed MD-11, and I redlly want to post it, but it's by PO (oblivion). Would it be ok to post it because oblivion is no more?

Project Oblivion stole it. It is pirated whether PO still exists or not. I would say no.

Please don't upload works that are not made by you or you do not have direct consent from the specific authors pre-conversion. This will help our community to have a lot less headaches down the line.

I believe the general (now written above) rule is that the content creators / authors are the ones obligated to upload their works (or a groups work on the groups behalf); and would be considered a social faux pas to have someone else un-connected with the project/file/creation do it without permission.
