VOR interceptions

Hi, Just asking to please some basic guidance on how to correctly sintonize a VOR/NDB/ADF and a course to intercept, for instance for conventional aviation. Thank you

yes, tune. I mean, I set its frecuency on the radio but then I don't know how to set the radial to intercept
