The DA40NG can't be started

It's my first time to buy the aircraft model on x-aviation website，but I can't start the DA40NG.I don't know if I need to install the key.https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/account_download_keys.php  The address is not opened.

There are no “keys” for (most) X-Aviation published addons. From your log you appear to be missing both of the possible DRM plugins, I’m not sure if/which the DA40 uses. But likely you need Gizmo64 or X-Aviation plugin. And once in the sim to sign into your X-Aviation account to authorise the product use on this PC.

Windows Defender has broken your install by removing your X-Aviation plugin due to a false positive security measure. You'll need to unquarantine the files.

To do so in Windows Defender:

1. Open Windows Security
2. Click on Virus & Threat Protection
3. See the Protection History Tab

Here you will find the likely quarantined file(s) that should not have been quarantined. Restore the files and you should be back up and running.

According to your method, I did not find that any files were quarantined.

Hi guys, I have exactly the same problem, I'v managed to unquarantine the x aviation plugin, but it did't help. I succesfully activate da40, but nothing happens after this. I turned windows defender off, all stay the same. Please give me an advice, what should I do? I'll be very appreciated!

Hi, maybe this is not the problem, but renaming the folder could create strange problems

Rename X-plane folder X-Plane 12.09 to X-Plane 12

I meaning  from log You have

Try default

also check if you have this folder /Resources/plugins/X-Aviation/

I have reintall the xplane12 and deleted the plugin,but the problem still exists.How to get help from customer service？ If the problem is not solved, more people will mistakenly believe that there is no problem with this model.

I removed all plugins from the X-Plane/Resources/Plugins folder except for the X-Aviation one.

There is empty in X-Plane12\Resources\plugins\X-Aviation\win_x64.

Then your anti-virus prevented it from being installed.
