Sir, I have followed all required installation instructions for this update. Each attempt fails because I am presented with a screen for login credentials which is "frozen," allowing no such input. I'm on a Mac M1 w/ latest Sequoia. I'd sure like to fly the S22 G1000 I've purchased with the hope that the your latest update has "cured" the engine startup issues. TIA, Tony

Edit: log attached is the most recent failed attempt.

Can you record a video showing what you are seeing when trying to log in?

Hi Coop, away from my computer for last few days. Back home tomorrow. No video to take because nothing is moving, so I’ll take a screen shot when I get back. I should mention that the previous version of the S22 series I deleted to reinstall the new update in the hopes that the continuing issue of the engine failing to start despite following standardized starting protocol would have been rectified by the 2.1.1. However, the failure as shown in log.txt prevents finding that out. I’m sure it will all get sorted, especially given that the the 12.1.3 beta x is so screwed up. Thanks for your attention, Coop. I appreciate your response very much. Tony

Hello, last Sunday I made a flight with the Cirrus SR20 G100 and everything went well, yesterday I tried to make another flight and it didn't work, I pressed the batteries but didn't load the screens, the menu to load torquesim weights doesn't let me move anything, I deleted the plane and reinstalled it but nothing changed, I would like to know what I could do in these cases.Log.txt

Video if you wan see what is the problem .

A plugin on your system appears to be blocking the network connection from the aircraft to verify your license. We've seen this issue before with the GndHandling plugin, try removing that and see if that resolves the issue. (E:\SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/X-Plane 12/Resources/plugins/GndHandling/win.xpl)
