NOT impressed with the packaging at all. I got it in the mail today I opened up the sleeve and one of the discs fell out....grrr I spend 90 dollars and this is the kind of packaging I get nice.

Nothing wrong with the packaging I transfered mine into a Dollar store Zip up folder I would rather have it shipped in a cardboard package for 5.00 than have to pay alot more Have it shipped in a larger heavier container

The laminar one comes in that card board packaging of Xp10, does'nt the XA one as well? Simon ordered from XA, and the picture he showed us suggested that it did. Personally, I was quite pleased with this package, the V9 version came in a envelope, no packaging at all...

I ordered from Amazon it came in the same blue cardboard folder

Edit: I didn't mean to sound like a ass earlier I wasn't exspecting a disc to fall out when I opened it.

Edit Edit: When I bought X-plane 9 course this was when it was sold at walmart it had a nice plasitc case to hold all the discs I was hoping for the same but oh well I have blank DVD cases so it's no biggie.

When I ordered XP9 (directly from Laminar), it came in paper sleeves. One for each disc. I must say I wasn't impressed by that. I was rather "what the heck?" Yet, the sim behaved very well so I didn't care about it after that point.

When I build a new PC, I might put in an old DVD drive as the permanent resting place of the necessary XP10 disk. There are probably better solutions though.

Dont really need a metal Tin and would rather support Xaviation But its nice to Know that Xplane is getting more popular and more widely distributed .
