Even though your log clearly says "crashed because of plugin Gizmo", the real reason is probably an incompatibility with one of your other numerous plugins.

To find out which one, you will have to remove them all, then add them back one by one until the problem appears again.

My money would be on one of these:

Loaded: E:\X-Plane 12/Resources/plugins/PropWash.xpl (PropWashsim.PropWash).

Loaded: E:\X-Plane 12/Resources/plugins/win.xpl (babichev.landspeed).

...but it could be one of the other ones as well.
