Hello! Looking for some help. I have a torquesim SR20 entegra loaded in X-plane 12. I’m having some framedrop/stuttering issues. Was not a problem in 11 as far as I can tell. When the frame drops happen, I can see in the plug-in console that Gizmo64 is causing it.

I’ve tried to install the latest beta of Gizmo to alleviate the problem, but I can not get it to connect to X-aviation. Can anyone help me with this issue? All help is really appreciated.

May I suggest, for the developers to confirm your theory and assist, that you should post evidence, e.g. screenshots or videos, of the issue and any troubleshooting data. Thanks.

I can do that. Not a problem.

The previous beta is no longer active. I haven't seen this issue with Gizmo myself before, if you can send your log.txt we can take a look at it.

I am running a very CPU intensive set up. 3 tv’s 1440p, 2 800x600 monitors for PFD/MFD, and 2 RSG Garmin 430’s running RXP. Might have something to do with that. But like I said, in XP11 there’s no issues.

My frame rate is fairly decent. Just the frame loss problem.

Thanks for the log. I think your guess there is likely the culprit, something isn't happy with that high of CPU use, and the XP12 Lua subsystem isn't handling it as gracefully as XP11 did.

I am having the issue with the SR22 Entegra as well. Expanding the plugin admin window shows an increase of the "Flight Loop" from  a normal ~100 to and increase up to ~2500.

My average FPS are a solid 45-55 before random stutters from Gizmo in the SR22.

Any ideas?
