Hi,

I am encountering a problem with my TorqueSim SR22 G1000 V2.0.1.

Whenever the G1000 Synthetic Vision is activated (PFD), the right side of the G1000 display goes blank (please see the attached screenshots).

My system configuration is as follows:

  • Simulator: X-Plane 12, Version 12.06b1
  • Processor: Intel i7 11700K
  • Graphics Card: AMD Radeon XTX 7900
  • Graphics Driver: AMD Adrenalin V23.7.2

I have attached screenshots demonstrating the issue, along with the log.txt file for your reference.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Andy

Additionally, 12.06 BETA has introduced changes that have caused issues with addons doing custom avionics rendering. You may have to downgrade.

Thank you, the solution worked perfectly. In the future, I'll be sure to read the announcements.

I apologize for the previous oversight.

I can fly this bird again, I'm happy :)

I'm running 12.08-beta1 on Windows 11 22H2 and the latest Torquesim SR22 version 2.0.2.

The PFD does not show SVS when the plane is loaded even though SVS=1 is in the config file.

What is the solution?

In preparation for upcoming feature enhancements to the X1000 including native synthetic vision and additional pages, as discussed on the X-Plane blog here, reworking of our internal G1000 state tracking logic has begun. For both this reason, and additionally to address numerous recurring stability issues, we have removed the custom synthetic vision system from the SR2X line.
