G5 screen blank -- license not found?

Hi, I have purchased the G5 unit from Realsimgear and installed their plugins and SW from X-aviation.  The system recognizes the G5 display, x-plane11 loads the RSG plugins but the x-aviation popup seems to be in a loop.  it keeps asking for my credentials in order to validate the license and the product does not show up in its list.  My G5 screen is blank and i suspect it is due to this.  I'm attaching the log file.  Any help is appreciated!

Hi,  I still have the problem of the X-aviation licensing popup not authenticating me.  Should I be trying something different? Thanks.

p.s.  The G5 screen says "This aircraft has no 2D-panel."  I assume that's because it doesn't think I have a license.

@Bee You will need to re-update your license.

Please consider a re-install of the product and see how you go from there.
