[Dupe] CTD on changing approach type - CL650[fpl_utils.h:329]: assertion rl->type == RL_APPCH failed

I'm still on 1.6.1 rather than the XP12 beta, so this might have since been fixed already, but upon changing my approach type at RJFR a CTD occured.

Before changing the flight plan, the aircraft was routeing direct to ASARI, then hold was manually programmed at ASARI, then the RNP 36 approach. Upon changing this approach to the VOR A approach, the game crashed.
