Had the same twice today, when trying to intercept a radial at SCCF with "NAV".

@Raphaelvix We are looking into this issue and need some more information to better determine what happened.

What avionics modes were configured?
How far away from the VOR were you?
What was shown on the right side avionics?
Does it happen with other VORs, or just this one?
If you've hit a reproducible case, please post the instructions of the steps we can use to reproduce this issue.
