Either if I press ATS button or AT Disconnect.

Happens randomly, in that case I have to land with AT Engaged. On the ground I am able to move thrust levers. Using Honeycomb Alpha and Beta.

Yeah, do not mention that I have to move first to the position the indicators where the TH levers are with ATS. Even the indicators are not moving.

One more thing. I use buttons on Honeycomb, but they are properly mapped with CL650 specific commands from the list in the settings. And if I am pressing those buttons I can see that the virtual buttons in the cockpit are moving also.

This happened to me, but I found that I could regain control of the power levers.  There is a popup that appears briefly after turning off the ATS and trying to move the power levers.  One must position the levers on the Bravo so that in that popup the two oval shapes are lit (solid white).  After that, the power levers in the sim track the position of the power levers on the Bravo.   I presume this is some sort of sim workaround to get the power levers into the position where they would be in real life.
