cl 650 activation not working

hello my account is not working even i already install my cl 650 and my tbm 900 is not working already since i change my password awhile ago anyone can help me

Do you have xplane installed inside the "program files" folder on Windows? 

If yes, the license file won't save correctly. 

You'll need to move xplane somewhere else. 

 

If no, contact xa support..
