Different crash, just freezes then CTDs without any error. After around 50 mins of flight

please remove all addon plugins except gizmo and retest if the crash occurs, please post the log again if it does.

Flix, I noticed you have a 5700xt as do I. I wonder if that is the root of our similar issue.  What version amd driver are you using?

I am running a 5700xt thicc 2 from XFX and 21.10.2. It seems looking at other logs that 5700XTs are in a few of them

Yeah if it's happening on a clean install with no plugins it's probably not a coincidence.  I'm going to play around with different drivers/settings and report back

delete the folder CL650 in the Output folder and restart the Sim and the Challenger. The Programm rebuild the CL650 Folder.

 

For me, the sim always crashed after starting the battery. For me this procedure helped to delete this folder.  Maybe worth a try.

I'll give it a try. Not sure how much it'll help after already clean installing XP11. Would just be nice to have a response from the devs

Okay I rolled back my driver to Oct 2020 (known to be stable w/ xplane).  Tried the same flight and actually made it through (never happed on any previous attempt).  I'm about to try another flight.

Rolled back to 20.10.1 and still crashing with the same last error. No addons. Flying KJAC-KLAS climbing through 12500ft around 1 min after departure KJAC/19 ALPIN3 KICNE DCT FFU J9 MLF DCT STEWW CHOWW1 KLAS/19L . "2022-01-11 18:17:04 CL650[fdr.c:465]: frame skipped 0-4" This seems to always be at the end of the log

Your sim isn't generating a full crash log. Can you try these trouble shooting steps here. Thank you!:

Thats all it is creating so I am not sure what you mean. I have already done all the steps in the post you have linked so am unsure how to proceed
