The GTN will drive the saab, you won't get a CDI indication and you can't replace the 530 with it either, have to accept the initial page on the 530.

I have the GTN 750 on my panel as an overlay on top of the 530. Because of that the GTN 750 buttons don't respond ON THE PANEL but I have assigned the GTN 750 pop up to a keyboard stroke ( I use the Ins key). When I do that, the pop up appears and I make my changes, they show up on the smaller panel version. So basically the pop up buttons work to drive the panel overlay. The map and other functions still follow as they should.
