mjrhealth Posted April 2, 2021 Report Posted April 2, 2021 I had same issues, posted elsewhere. Deleted Saab340 folder and reinstalled fixed that problem. Dont ask me why, also make sure when you reinstall that you restart xplane. Helps sometimes. Quote
Prosco Posted April 3, 2021 Author Report Posted April 3, 2021 (edited) I am reporting a malfunction factually with a video recording for demonstration and find it unfortunate that it is not taken seriously. I am told: you need the Log.txt, you have to reinstall, etc. So, 1 / I reinstalled (before deleted 2 folders : X-Plane 11 \ Aircraft \ X-Aviation \ Saab 340A and folder: X-Plane 11 \ X-Aviation) 2 / attached the log.txt. Result: 1 / to KMRY ILS 10R (110.70): No GS deviation 2 / at KMRY frequency set on KNSS ILS 31 (108.50): GS deviation I suggest that the developers do a simple test: launch X-plane then the Saab 340 A position KMRY 10R is to enter the frequency 110.70 (ILS 10R). Yours was not quiet same as mine, I actually had GS in red box, But now I see the GS indication is gone, do you have something tied to the Brake Edited April 3, 2021 by mjrhealth Quote
Prosco Posted April 3, 2021 Author Report Posted April 3, 2021 (edited) "Parking brak ON => GS deviation appears" is due to chance, sorry. It is a crossing point which makes GS deviation appear or disappear Video (see in 1080): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eF9BZjim2mlBiq73Ei2SJibO6g2gaDvT/view?usp=sharing 00:23 => GS deviation appears 01:20 => GS deviation disappears Log.txt Edited April 3, 2021 by Prosco Quote
JGregory Posted April 3, 2021 Report Posted April 3, 2021 I can confirm there is a bug here. However, this was totally unrelated to the previous "No deviation G / S" bug Prosco mentioned above in the OP. I won't bore you with the details but this was related to the unique situation where Rwy 10R and Rwy 28L use the same frequency but 10R is an ILS and 28L is just a localizer. And just an FYI... videos are helpful but most times they are not enough to help diagnose a problem. We always first ask for a log.txt. When we do that it's not because we are "not taking you seriously", it's because we want all the information that is available in order to diagnose and solve the problem. Sending a log.txt AND a vide/screenshot is usually the best way to show us what the problem is. In any event, the bug fix will be part of the next update. 1 Quote
