I was watching a video on youtube. (cirrus instructor teaching...) ->  He says when you extend the flaps you need to give it 3 clicks forward (trim) to keep the plane level. I tried but my sr22 balloons up no matter up. What am I doing wrong ?

Most/all light aircraft will balloon when the flaps are lowered. The amount will depend on your airspeed. Any effect on attitude should first be countered with the yoke/stick input. Only when stable should the pitch trim be adjusted.

If you watch video you can see that when the woman lowers the flaps she's not pushing the joystick much , at least not that I could see,  .In my  sr22  I first baloon up , the nose goes up till till the yellow triangle touches the red Vs above, then I have to push forward.I find it strange -...

I was always taught to anticipate the pitch up as I lowered the flaps to avoid any change in attitude. It does not require much forward movement on the yoke/stick to achieve this. You should not wait for the pitch up to start your correction.

I have a lot of time in the real SR22 and you definitely need to push forward on the yoke and retrim with flap application. It may be exaggerated a little in the sim, but I think this may be partly due to the lack of real feedback through the controls as compared to the real aircraft.

From what I have read, this is something that will be adjusted on the next update and I too believe it is just a little too agressive. My compensation is to take off without flap (not normal procedure, but approved), and on approach lower flap only when 90-100 kts instead of the placarded 119.  That being said, aggressive pitch when lowering flaps is perfectly normal.  I had to do the same when I was flying a DA40 last year; first time it surprised me because it has a larger effect than a 172 (probably due to the shorter chord line).
