judeb Posted June 13, 2020 Report Posted June 13, 2020 For this to happen, you need to have had typed in the word FREEZE at some point. Did you upgrade a Windows version recently?

Or, someone who you gave access to your account did. Either way, FREEZE typing is the only way for this to happen.
