Hey there,

I am not able to run my IXEG 737, when entering my X-Aviation Licening data,

the Console pops up and I get an error (0049/222.804).

No reply in all this time!  Anyway, can give details on how to fix it later but have a search on forum or google and you will find the answer.  Think it’s a file that needs deleted in the IXEG directory.

I have no idea what the problem with the OP´s report is, so I didn´t offer any advice. Afaik it doesn´t happen if you install the 737 normally...

I have this exact same problem.  I have installed normally twice, same result, "cannot save licensing data". My firewall and antivirus is OFF.  Does anyone know of a possible solution?

My hunch is that you are running an unusual hardware/storage configuration or have moved the plane manually to a different folder.

Make sure that you are not trying to install it on an external drive or stick (possibly with write protection/encryption), and also make sure that you let the installer work normally so the plane and the plugin will go into their normal folders.

If that doesn´t help please file a ticket with tech support at x-aviation, they have a lot more technical knowledge about the inner workings of gizmo and the licensing structure than I do...
