However a box that I had never seen popped up as the screenshot attached. Is there anyway to solve this problem? I am pretty sure that I've put the e-mail address and password correctly. Thanks. Well, I didn't install an anti-virus in this PC. Is there any other possibilities? Since I could activate the aircraft successfully when it was v1.1.8, but when it comes to v1.1.9, it fails. Quote

Something on your end is preventing the connection to X-Aviation to retrieve the license. Wait for Ben or Cameron to come back with a reply, as they're always working on activation issues. Quote

I'm not accusing you of anything, but did you MAYBE install a copy on a friends computer? There is nothing in the activation that has changed from 1.1.8, so this is something that has 100% happened on your end. Quote

Well, you remind me of something: since previously I encountered the problem of downloading the new version just as the very first screenshot in this topic. Before i reset my x-aviation password, I deleted my whole tbm-900 files(including uninstall.exe and other related files). Then I used another PC of mine to download the tbm-900 installer from the x-aviation to see if it worked. But I have never run that installer with that PC, because when I was about to do so, I just got your advice on resetting my password. So I just did as you said and downloaded the v1.1.9 using the origin PC. I don't know if it's because I downloaded the installer using another PC that caused the problem. If yes, i apologize for that. And would you please tell me if there's anything I can do to get my planes back? Thank you. Quote
