ricktana Posted November 6, 2018 Report Posted November 6, 2018 I've noticed with TBM version 1.1 using X-Plane 11.30b2 that there is a repetitive sound in the cockpit when cold and dark that sounds like a radio static popping noise. It's not real loud and not a big deal. I have TBM version 1.09 installed using X-Plane 11.26 running on the same PC and there is no static noise. I'm not sure if it's an audio bug with TBM version 1.1 or an X-Plane 11.30 issue. I am curious if anyone else has noticed it. Rick S. Quote
detektor73 Posted November 8, 2018 Report Posted November 8, 2018 I had something similar. Turned out that one of the radios on the leftmost panel was turned on (NAV2 or COM2). Also when cold and dark. Just turn it off. Quote
gscottfuller Posted December 16, 2020 Report Posted December 16, 2020 Thanks - was the Nav 1 radio -- now fixed. What through me off was that it happened in cold/dark with no battery on. Quote
Goran_M Posted December 16, 2020 Report Posted December 16, 2020 We think this could be some kind of button/key/script assignment that is overriding the dataref used for power to the radios. Quote
