If you can't figure out what the problem is from the screenshot, get your eyes checked.

Probably not the best way to adress someone when asking for help...

Besides this looks like the weather, if you have a slow system it will automatically fog up to save fps.

It was sporadic, this was just the best example of it.  Here's the METAR, though I changed the weather and nothing happened (towards solving the problem), so I don't think it's that.  From two hours earlier than the flight.  PHNL 152253Z 17007KT 10SM FEW028 SCT045 27/21 A3005 RMK AO2 PRESFR SLP174 T02670211

I can translate for anybody if you need it, almost VATUSA S1.

X-Plane will still automatically reduce visibility no matter what the METAR says, so changing weather won't do much if it's the X-Plane fog. System specs? And download a plugin called clear skies.

Well just because your bases are at 2800 doesn't mean your visibility will be good.. I might just be a problem with the visibility. If this is a weather issue and your at 19 fps, look in another direction, you should see your view start to get clear.

And for all of this checking and feedback, make sure you have the FPS box checked so you can see your exact numbers.
