I tried installing Maxx FX on XP11.10 and tells me that I do not have the necessary permissions, but I do not have the option of inserting them. I downloaded the software from my account and all worked up to XP11.05. How can I fix it?
sundog Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Can you give us a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing? There's nothing about 11.10 that would be incompatible with Maxx-FX to our knowledge, so I think something else is going on that we need narrow down.

JohnMAXX Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 You need to set your windows font to 100% it's a limitation of the installer. Also you may need to restart windows. Once you do this you will be able to type in your email and password

sparkie66 Posted November 15, 2017 Report Posted November 15, 2017 Right click the installer, goto compatibility settings. Select disable dpi scaling done by system in the pulldown box. This is on w10 btw 1
