Mouse click and drag not working in fullscreen

Just got this plane and I'm having trouble in fullscreen mode in XP11 with the mouse click and drag working on the buttons in the cockpit (for e.g. the Altitude or Heading buttons on the MCP). In windowed mode, they work just fine, but are completely unresponsive in fullscreen mode.

What am I missing?

UPDATE: this is only happening in 4K full screen mode. Windowed mode or 2k full screen works. Any ideas?

I am sorry, I have no idea. Do you maybe have two monitors connected?

Have you tested any other aircraft?

Is this problem specific to the IXEG product or is it a bug with X-Plane?

Default Boeing 737 works. So this is just specific to the IXEG.

What XP version?  11.05 seems to have a bit of issues..
