Joers182 Posted June 5, 2016 Report Posted June 5, 2016 Hey Guys, love the fantastic product and like new update. However I'm getting some very dark/black clouds during dusk. I will attach a screenshot to show you what I mean. Is this normal? its really doesnt look good. Apart from that excellent product! Quote
sundog Posted June 6, 2016 Report Posted June 6, 2016 It is normal. The sun is actually below the horizon there (your DSF's just dont extend far enough to obscure it), and unless there's a moon out, clouds will look very dark in that situation in real life. 1 Quote
Joers182 Posted June 6, 2016 Author Report Posted June 6, 2016 (edited) thanks very much for the reply! I just enabled extended DSF in the rendering options of xplane, and it seems to look right now. Thanks again. Edited June 6, 2016 by joers182 Quote
mb339 Posted June 8, 2016 Report Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) In the joers182 screens the ground scenery is not black, ground receives softness light again. The clouds are located above the ground, to a top level. At this altitude the sunlight is better than ground, the clouds can not be black. Example. Please correct.
