wrong RTE page prompts for Activated route (TAKEOFF, PERF INIT)

After setting up the route on the RTE Page, you ACTIVATE the route, just as shown here (this is fine with the IXEG FMS):

the next that should happen is a change of the ACTIVATE LSK, it should change/beeing replaced to eigther "PERF INIT" or "TAKEOFF".
- should change to "PERF INIT" when the required performance data is incomplete.
- should change to "TAKEOFF" when the required performance data is complete.
The IXEG FMS alsways changes to button state to "TAKEOFF", ignoring wether performance data are entered or not.
