I found out about the hotkey bindings yesterday That would make changes on the IXEG View Menu obsolete. And you're right, it's super easy if you just set up for example an MCP View without TrackIR, cycle to that view and then just use the mouse to twist the knobs. No need for mouse wheel support really then

So I found out about X-Camera the other day while watching a Twitch Stream and the Streamer was using TrackIr while in the Pilots Seat of the Hawker 4000. Thought I give X-Camera a try and it's really intuitive in Setting up Views. So I set up a couple of Views with it in the 737 and activated TrackIR for the Captains and FOs View. It's really fun flying with it! Of course you might have to fiddle with the TrackIR Settings to give you a pleasant expierence but I feel like being able to use my head while in the Captains seat adds very well to the flying Experience of the 737 and gives you a even better "inside the cockpit feeling" One thing I also found out when using TrackIR: I feel like it would be easier to have mousewheel support for rotary knobs. I guess the best solution would be something like: Click and hold the button and then use the mousewheel to twist it. Dunno if this could be done but it's just an idea. I use the pop up bottom menu of X-Camera to switch views and was thinking if it would make sense to have an option to deactivate the IXEG Popup Quick View window. Anyway, I really enjoy flying the 737 with TrackIR and all the other camera angles I've set up

Or, in case you already own XP10 and don't need an extra copy, you just wait until XP11 will be released and buy XP11 then.

I tested this yesterday and as it looks very impressing from 0 to ~15000 feet, once you get above 20000 feet the colors of the ground haze, the sky and the clouds look somewhat off. At least for the weather yesterday around LSZH when I did my test flight. Like the clouds have a warmer "whitebalance" than the grey horizon and the haze on the ground looks colder. I need to do more flying to figure out an opinion. First impression was: Pretty good! I think the only real issue there is for me is that I need a GTX 1070 because my 970 is running out of VRAM

There was turbulence, I can't remember an increased climb rate while loosing airspeed. I was more focused on the airspeed and the climb rate needle not dropping below 0. So I didn't monitor the climb rate in detail, just roughly not going below zero. Also it was blue skies, no icing conditions / no clouds.

Reading your thread here I somewhat had a similar occurance. I haven't done much flying lately so it might have been pilot error. Did a flight from PDX to SFO. I was climbing through FL270 for FL350 when the plane slowed down out of nowhere. The AT was engaged, AP was in VNAV and LNAV and was climbing nicely. Suddenly I noticed the airspeed decreasing slowly while I still was in the climb. Engine Power was allright with N1 at ~92% (I did not select any derate) but still the plane was loosing airspeed (and groundspeed). It was quite windy with a side wind of ~90kts but that still wouldn't make the Aircraft loose so much speed. I disconnected the AP, switched off the Auto Throttle, leveled off, matched the Auto Throttle, went full power and the plane was flying normally again. Activated AP and AT again, set LNAV and VNAV again and the plane was flying as it was supposed to again. Will do the same flight again if I find time to and if anything out of the ordinary happens, I'll record it.

Looking forward to the IXEG 737 in XP11 with the new shaders and such. Bet it'll turn out even more spectacular as of right now

The new lighting makes a very good first impression! Hope it also affects everything else in the virtual world too like moonlight at night that illuminates the ground and so on -
That sounds like a challenge

You might want to give us some insight on your System Specs, which Addons you're using and your X-Plane Graphic Settings. Would make it easier to point you in the right direction Generally speaking, it doesn't help much spending a big coin on one piece of Hardware when the bottleneck is located somewhere else.
