The two lights at the very rear of the cockpit that emit light on the ceiling and rear overhead panel. Disabling HDR mode does.To notice the flickering you have to look back towards the aft cockpit section / towards the dome lights.If looking forward or sideways you won't see it. Sometimes the horizontal and vertical stabilizers and propellers move on their own on the ground when the engines are off. Is there a reason this happens?
