  1. Thank you for sharing this information. Just looking for this operation tech for taking off rather than let the aircraft soaring high into the sky like a rocket.
  2. Aha, I was thinking I'm the only one encountered this issue when playing in version 1.7 due to conflict with other plugins.... My experience is to turn off the cockpit light and disconnect STAB trim, Yaw Damper and MACH trim, use the power as less as possible and it seems working. But now the new update version 1.8 is out. Hoping this issue is already solved though I didn't do a test.
  3. This is so great, so I did a test at once I got the notification message, haven't touched many parts yet but I can see at least the Sat phone back to work in X-Plane 12 and I finally can ask Jenny to prepare everything ready high from the sky!! One more noticed is the Flex setting for thrust seems working fine and better than before. (I remember in 1.7, when Flex is set, the thrust limit will be overridden with the default value after I finished the first climb phase and begin the second one. Now the thrust limit always complies with my Flex setting which is good! Appreciate for the update!!) Just one issue I'm encountering is the warning of "Main battery off" while just displayed when I was pushed back and ready about to set out. I cannot find any options in the Challenger 650 menu like "Main Battery Connection" to fix this. I think maybe it was because I was too excited when inspecting the new version and opened the front hatch doors newly introduced in 1.8 and broke some circus wires? Anyway, will do a check again later on. Update: Ahaa, got it below: Release Highlights: The forward equipment bay is now modelled, including the main battery disconnect, TRUs and all CBs. Use this to disconnect the main battery now, instead of the Ground Services menu. I know I should have taken good care of this precious toy not to break it~~ Appreciate for this detailed implementation, make me feel more realistic to play like a real thing~ Will fly more to enjoy and experience this update more~~ Appreciate for all Devs for bring this wonderful masterpiece! Thank you all! ~~ Update with screenshot: Really took me a little while to find but is feeling good to discover the "Main Battery" connector hotspot. Could be accidentally disconnected by my curiosity when open this hatch door in the night with poor light sight and touched everywhere by mouse click...
  4. Thank you very much for your explanation. Appreciate~
  5. Hi All, As a starter, I have some dumb questions regarding to the feature of Challenger 650. 1. How long can the ground power last for Challenger 650 once connected? Recently I encountered the issue in the game that when I connected the ground AC power and only use it as the power supply, after about 10 - 15 minutes, it will be disconnected automatically. Not sure if it is due to I switched on the air cons, or just connected the power in idle for too long? 2. Just curious about the Turb button. In real world, the Turb button (besides the disarm auto pilot switch) is said to do some relief of the impact from the turbulence, is there any downside of this mode to be turned on? If it is a relief of the impact, without any downside, why not to turn it on all the time? Appreciate for any answers to my silly questions. Thank you
  6. Not sure if this manual for real world challenger 650 will get your taste. challenger_650.pdf
