  1. Hello, unfortunately I can't steer while rolling! I have assigned the command "Nosewheel steer toggle" to a button on the joystick. Unfortunately the Challanger, by the way the only airplane with nosewheel steering, ignores the command! It doesn't work with the keyboard either! Now I don't know what to do.
  2. Apparently I'm blind! Sorry!
  3. Many thanks for the advice. However, there is no ROUTE MENU under Index. But, I have completely forgotten about the FMS Primer manual. Must read it. It will probably take some time, my English is a little weak.
  4. Hello, I have seen a video on how to import the flight plan in the airplane. Unfortunately, I can't get it to select in the display. I copied the flight plan to X-plane12/Output/FMS plans. But when I click on Index -Status the plan is not visible. So how do I load a Simbrief plan correctly?
  5. Mercy! That was it!
  6. A quick question, I have, unknowingly, extended the air driver gen. How do I get it back in?
  7. Thank you very much, I will do the same.
  8. Super! Thank you! That's exactly what I meant.
  9. Many thanks for the tip! I tried it out and it works!
  10. Hello everyone, after some initial problems, I've made a tiny bit of progress in learning how to operate the airplane. But there is one thing I can't do and I haven't found a video yet. How do I switch the MDF display to the mode shown in the introductory video for the hydraulic display? Or also to display engine modes. The only thing I found is Mdf data, at the bottom of the keyboard. I think the one I want is also hidden there, but where. Thanks in advance and greetings, Stefan
  11. Thank you very much for your answer. Well, without having read it yet, I have done pretty much as recommended. After sleeping on it for a night, I installed it again and watched an introductory video. In the meantime, I can create a new airplane, but I already manage to close the front flap. I'm getting familiar with it, but it will still take a lot of time. However, I have a question in a new thread that I have not yet been able to solve. Switching the MDF, for example, to get the hydraulic display shown in the introductory video.
  12. Since I don't know where to get rid of my frustration, I'm posting here! I've watched the 3 introductory videos up and down. But I already failed when closing the front flap of the landing gear again! I can move the switch under the small flap as much as I want, but the landing gear door won't close! I can't call up the picture shown in the video with the hydraulic unit! No matter what I have tried for hours it does not work! The airplane can't be brought back to the original cold and dark state by restarting everything! And without at least a basic manual I can't get any further! I have uninstalled the, expensive, airplane again! My time is too precious to try like a blind man where the exit door is! I find Camerun's reasoning almost impertinent! How can you offer such a complex airplane without instructions? And if so, then there should be a note with the offer! So, I had to get rid of that! Now I'm going flying. I'm not hoping for a refund, but I won't leave it unmentioned in my other forums. So long, Stefan
  13. Thank You, I found it!
  14. I have one more question: where is the switch(es) for the windshield wipers? The manual doesn't say a word about it, and I can't find it either. It's not essential, but it's interesting. By the way, my next landing went well!
  15. Thanks a lot for the tips. I'll have to try a little and, above all, practice! Greetings, Stefan
  16. Well, I entered all your settings again, apparently I forgot to save them. It worked once, then stopped again. Now it's working! Thank you very much for your help! But on the first flight I still failed to land. The Auropilot suddenly stopped and I was a bit overwhelmed with the altitude control and engine control. But, the assignments work! Thank you again!
  17. Thank you for your help and answer! I just wanted you to know, I read it! But now I have to process it little by little. Regarding point 1, yes, a new profile has been created, initially for the version 5 sheet Prop GNS version. Lever 1 and 2 are correctly assigned according to the Throttle 3 and 4 manual. I have to understand the rest first. Get in touch again. I have now assigned all the settings according to the instructions. Everything works, except for the reverse position. Even after pressing the assigned button, I can't get into the reverse area! Now I'm standing in line!
  18. Hello everyone, I need some help with my joystick settings for the aircraft. I have hours of help: https://www.togasim.com/mu2docs/setup/hardware_setup.html read through without arriving at a useful result. I have the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant for engine control. No matter what I set for Hardware power decent ratio, I cannot use the locked area of the Bravo for Groun operations. With the condition lever I can't address the emergency stop area at all. Neither with the Bravo nor with the mouse. Since yesterday I've just been trying it out. Can anyone give me some tips on configuration? I have no problems with some other turboprop aircraft, including two-engine turboprops. But I can't get any further with the MU-2! Thank You for answer in advance, Stefan
  19. Hi everyone, unfortunately I can't get any further with the script, despite the instructions! Now I even copied the script into both directories, into the x-plane under plugins/Lua and also into the plugin folder of the plane. As you can see in the attachment, I have 2 push levers for throttle. If I assign Throotle to both, as in the instructions for the script, I get a warning. For me it is not as described, 3 and 4 but 2 and 3. With the further statement "in the MU2 preferences set Power Lever Detent Ratio to 0.5" I can't do anything either. What is MU2 preferences? In the settings of x-plane? But MU2 tells me nothing. And I didn't get any further. And I didn't get any further. Also, assigning the "Toggle thrust reversers" command does not cause the lock to be released. I need mental help. Thanks in advance and greetings
