  1. Ahh I see now. Thank you!
  2. Thank you. At least that explains the throttle issue. What about the yaw dampers though? I can't seem to engage it. When I move the sliders up to turn on, they just slide back down into the off position. Am I not doing something right?
  3. I'm having the same issue. For me, I'm using the Logitech/Saitek throttle quadrant. When I first start the plane the throttle is in ground idle, but once I advance the throttle past the flight idle marker it won't go back down to ground idle. This also means I can't use the reversers either. I see there are the latches on the throttle which I assume is supposed to be used to allow the throttle to go back down but I can't figure out how to use them. I can click them so that the latches move up but I don't know how I'm supposed to move the throttle back down at the same time, it's impossible. I looked for Saab commands in the controls menu but I didn't see any for the latches. How do I get the throttle back down? Also, why won't the yaw dampers engage? When I try to turn it on by moving the sliders up, they just slide back down again in the off position.
  4. Interesting, I know I've seen it on some I own plus the X-Plane default MD-82 I notice has it. I do know Airbus's all seem to have the tiller, even the giant A380. I just think using rudder pedals would be seem more natural than a tiller but I'm not a real world pilot so I really couldn't say.
  5. One thing I find hard to fathom is why would they make the steering mechanism out of a tiny knob. That had to be strange to learn for 340 pilots and it doesn't sound like it would be easy to taxi with that.
  6. Ok thank you for the information. Boy I have to say the aircraft is fun to fly. Thank you for making such a beautiful airplane. I'm going to be flying this one a lot.
  7. Thank you! I think that should really be added to the manual. It doesn't say much of anything about taxing or steering that I've found. I can't wait to get this bird in the skies. It's really an impressive aircraft model and I have a feeling I'm going to love it. I have the Saab 340 by Carenado for P3D/FSX and that one is a great model too but this one just seems to be on a whole different level which is why I chose it instead of the Carenado XP11 model.
  8. So I just bought this plane recently and I'm new to it. I'm having an issue taxing. When I push my rudder pedals to the right or left, the plane just won't turn. I noticed from external view that the front wheels do not turn either yet in the cockpit when I'm looking at the rudder pedals in the plane, it shows them moving. I also tried differential braking and asymmetrical thrust but nothing helps, it just won't turn. I would greatly appreciate any help, thanks.
