Hi, Max, I believe it was simply left out of the description, but I don't believe there should be much of any problem running it on Linux. You were right Cameron ! I contacted their support and now they added Linux in the description of their product page.
The main issue for me is no Linux version... "– Windows 7, Vista, XP and MAC OS 10.3.9 (or higher) compatible -" according to their product page. And no information about operating system compatibility on the org.
+1 This add-on was just perfect for the job ! I first wanted to fly a smaller twin, like the Duchess or the Seminole. But for my Cub'X Airlines mission, I had to take 4 passengers. Because of the passengers and the payload, the Seneca V was better.
I think in most parts of the world they're using an altimeter with both units: millibars (hectopascal) and inches of mercury. http://www.airliners.net/photo/Whitworth-Aviation/Beech-76-Duchess/0722012/L/
;D Great plane and great support ! Now even Benjamin announces the Duchess on the X-Plane Scenery Blog ! http://xplanescenery.blogspot.com/2010/08/ga-aircraft-abound.html
Hi all ! Again, good news for X-Plane ! Worldsceneries will make add-ons for X-Plane (AVSIM): http://www.xscena.com/ Reality-XP, REX, Carenado, Worldsceneries... Who's next ? ;D
Great video ! ;D If you like such videos, but with more explanations and less camera shaking, just visit this website. It's a little bit expensive but it's worth it. Here's their YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/JustPlanes
Did you really search ? There's no payware A380 with virtual cockpit for now... but here's a freeware A380 with virtual cockpit: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?showtopic=46837 http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=11001
Here are some interesting notes from Ben about the videos and X-Plane 10 pictures: http://xplanescenery.blogspot.com/2010/08/x-plane-10-what-has-been-posted-so-far.html
8) Now we can fly the Beechcraft Duchess, the Piper Seminole (I'm still using the one from the Pipers 940 series), but is there any good Cessna 310 for X-Plane ? I should also ask Flight1, when they'll enter the X-Plane market with their Cessna 441 Conquest. ;D
