  1. OK. That explains it. RSG G1000 doesn't need a 2D rendering mode. I like to use it in "Forward with No Display" mode, so that my main monitor is the equivalent of looking out the windscreen, and the RSG G1000 serves as the avionics display.
  2. I am using SR22 version 1.0.1 with a RealSimGear G1000. The buttons and knobs on the RSG G1000 work fine when the display on my main monitor is "Forward with 3-D Panel." But when the display on my main monitor is "Forward with No Display," the RSG G1000's buttons and knobs do not work. Is this a glitch, or is it simply necessary to use the "Forward with 3-D Panel" in order to use the RSG G1000?
  3. Well . . . wouldn't you know it. I had shut down X-Plane after posting my message. I loaded it up again to get you a screenshot and a log.txt file. And when I did, it worked! The MFD as well as the PFD both loaded, and I was able to pop out bezel-less images that I resized and moved to my RealSimGear displays, without difficulty. It reminds me of taking a car into a mechanic to get an ailment repaired, and the mechanic being unable to replicate the ailment. When the persistency glitch is solved -- so the PFD and MFD reappear on the RealSimGear G1000 after a shut-down and reboot -- all will be perfect. Thanks.
  4. I have the same problem: MFD no longer comes on. It did for a while, but no longer does. I charged the battery, and turned on both batteries and the avionics. I'm using X-Plane 11.41. Did anyone come up with the solution?
  5. About the Ignition switch: Oh my. That's true on mine too! Guess that means the plane has to be kept in a locked hangar . . . unless the key is necessary to unlock the plane's door. [;-)
  6. About the bezel-less popups: After loading the SR22, the menu strip at the top of the window should have a "Cirrus SR22" (or "Cirrus SR22TN") item (corresponding to the version of the SR22 you loaded). On my computer, it's the third item from the left (File Flight Cirrus SR22 . . . .) Click on that item, and a menu will drop down that has five items, the bottom two of which are: "Toggle G1000 PFD w/o Bezel" and "Toggle G1000MFD w/o Bezel". Click those, and a bezel-less display will pop out -- one that can be moved to another spot on your monitor or to another monitor altogether. I use the bezel-less PFD and MFD because my sim includes a RealSimGear G1000, and it has its own physical buttons and knobs, like an actual G1000. For simmers who use the onscreen buttons and knobs, a bezel-less PFD and MFD would not be helpful.
  7. I have the same problem with the bezel-less popups.
  8. Thanks. That download fixed the bezel problem. (I don't think the guide you linked to was online yesterday.)
  9. My sim equipment includes RealSimGear's G1000 Suite. How do I pop out the TorqueSim PFD and MFD without bezels?
  10. I had the same problem as snomhf and Airshane20, and the download recommended by the guide that Coop posted got things working for me.
