  1. it should be inside the same place where there are the other two manuals. If you don't find it there, please ask x-aviation to send you pilot handbook document.
  2. Well I recomend you to increase do the overclock. Always there is a first plane to make it, and maybe this crj is. We will try to make performance fixes in future, but for now a overclock is a winner and you will be pleased with it (i am).
  3. I will look at this one in soon. Thanks
  4. The sounds of the crj are from turbine sound studios, and that company record the sounds directly from real aircrafts. The ones included in the CRJ are from a real CRJ200 and you have them without paying more since 1.2 version of the plane.
  5. I don't know if someone did one in xml. Take a look inside use modified folder thwt include inside the plane.
  6. Please send the log.txt and crash-log to philipp internally. Thanks
  7. Are you talking about xp9 or 10? If you talk about 9, then lots of users have it and lots of them (depending in hardware software configuration) they have good performance. If you talk about xp10 then well...... still work have to be done to raise performance in this last version. Be patience. But 20-25 is not a bad performancein airports. Well In xp9 I have better than you with same cpu (but overclocked to 4.6ghz) but a better graphics card. An Nvidia 580. Making overclock to your computer is a winner (if you have a good cooler) try it!
  8. ask Cameron (x-aviation support) to have it.
  9. Yes, the engine was not touched so it has to be xplane10. About fuel. When I put the right number, the plane did the longest real range almost twice. Did several flights and always reached the maximun range with still half deposit full. So I increased the consumption... and now the plane is doing the real range (have to try in xp10 because if with less N1 the plane have more power, then less fuel makes more miles. Have to find what is happening and inform Austin. Because maybe jet engines are better, but fuel consution is not.
  10. I would like to have a better engine programming in future. I pretend if philipp has time, to make a maintenance plugin for the CRJ.. and in that plugin, record the way you fly. In that area fuel consumption will be important, so any information is welcome. Thanks.
  11. you have to read the cold&dark procedures txt file included... But here you can see a resume: Checklist. 1. Switch Battery on (open Battery guard first ) (Left Overhead) 2. Avionics on (STANDBY POWER to AUTO) (Left Overhead) 3. APU to START (maintain over START 1 second) (Left Overhead) 4. after a few seconds AVail light over EXT GEN 1 & 2 will be illuminated 5. 4 bus tie to AUTO (LEFT OVERHEAD) 6. Press EXT GEN 1 or EXT GEN 2 (APU GEN) (Left Overhead) 7. GEN CONT to on (the 4 buttons) it will change to ON but still OFF illuminated because not engines running (LEFT OVERHEAD) 8. HYD KNOBS TO AUTO. (LEFT OVERHEAD) 9. IRS TO NAVE (3 OF THEM) now it will start IRS aling. 1minute and a half to show PFD correctly. 10. Fuel pumps ON (central Overhead) 11. APU Engine Bleed (Right Overhead) it will show ON and valve on orange. 12. 4 engines fuel cutoff shitches to RUN Position (thrust command panel) 13. Beacon On (right overhead) 14. Pull engine 4 switch on start panel (overhead). And the rest of engines. 15. Once the engines are on, we will see how the OFF light on engine generators disappears. 16. Turn off APU gen. 18. Switch off APU. we can Taxi and fly. You have to make in order, because there is logic inside the prodedure, so if you miss a step, you won't be able to continue.
  12. This 747 is a simple one, so it miss lots of things. One is the monitoring of fuel. You can see the remaining fuel in the main eicas page, but simple one. Because the file is open, someone can add new features, like a more complete fmc. To open the cabin doors go to the cabin with the camera and click over the doors. Paintkit will be released in next update. Ufmc.... that is something to ask to Javier Cortes. Would be nice!
  13. The first idea was to simulate the glow in the text backlight. I couldn't because there was not enough channels to make 2 LIT textures. If in the future the internal lights cast shadows.. then I will be able to put glow in backlight text. But I would say that is already possible.. if Ben would include a new shader in future.
  14. Just install two xplane's 9 and 10 and install the plane in both x-planes. 9 version in xplane9 and 10 version in xp10. I believe you shouldn't have any problem with licences... because is the same computer.. but if you have, ask Cameron.
  15. Well, still we have things to do first... but when we find the moment we will do.
  16. At some point this year in 2011 we made over 1,000 sales. That is really amazing!! Thank you to all of you!!! Because of this I want to say that I maybe will give you all a little present this christmass. I will see how is possible to do!
  17. We pretend to make the Vnav advisories in future updates. When? don't know.. Philipp is the man to reply that question... but is in our intentions to make it. I know he is working in that... but good work, takes time.

    Cockpit

It is a question of people working in it. Philipp is a great programmer, but in that project at least is needed another programmer. Well it is there.. we will see.
  19. That is something Austin has to say.. If he agree, then there will be the paint kit.
  20. Not made by us.. Just an user that loaded in the demo. The same is already selling for x-plane 9. BUT soon there will be a 1.3 version for 9 and 10. and in the 10 version some things will be improved for xplane 10 rendering engine, Like shadows in cockpit, Shadows outside, Reflexion lights of screens in cockpit and independent spill of landing lights and taxi.. aswell as beacon and strobe ones.
  21. Not only Android!! Any phone.. or screen.. or whatever you have a webbroser and a wifi connection you will be able to use the new remote FMS.
  22. We are planning continuous updates of the plane. In my desire it would be to have a near 100% system completion for this aircraft... BUT Philipp is a man.. not Superman.. so he has not unlimited time. We will see!!
  23. Hi Karingka. The manipulation of those knobs depend of how near you are to those knobs. Put the camera more far from them.. (I recomend to put a fov of 75º in rendering settings.. By default is 60º) so you will be able to rotate the knobs more.. so much less steps to put the desired number.
