    I understand Indi-, though I was looking forward to your original idea of having the option to configure my joystick buttons (and realism sliders) for different aircraft before people started discussing force feedback. Good luck with your other projects! Cheers, Bob

    You don't need permission to take a picture of a plane, so I guess that means you can model one.

    Sometimes ailerons, flaps, rudder, etc, are described by their travel distance in inches/centimeters rather than the degrees they move. Planemaker (as of 9.31) asks you for the degrees of the control throws. I found a link to a handy webpage that gives you an MS Excel spreadsheet to fill out and it does the math for you, converting inches to degrees.
