  1. Just to clarify, that is the default KSFO. thanks for looking into this.
  2. CTD during replay. Log attached. Log.txt
  3. Log attached (sorry I forgot to attach the first time) Log.txt System specs: 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB 32 GB 1600 Hz DDR3 750 SSD OS X 10.9.1
  4. First off, let me set congrats on SkyMaxx Pro - I can't use X-plane without it. But now I am experiencing repeated CTD while flying the FF757 with Skymaxx 1.2 installed. Log.txt attached which shows there's an issue with SilverLining. Please help.
  5. When I trim the nose down using the pitch wheel in the cockpit, the trim wheel begins to slowly unwind pitching back up... How can you set the trim with the wheel, and make it stay where you put it? It keeps undoing after I set it...
  6. Pretty pretty please release a version without the antenna! I have flown on a lot of Jet-streams, and never seen this in real life. Great plane.
  7. Got it. Thank you. But rather, assign trims to buttons on your joystick?
  8. Maybe I wasn't clear. I think we are talking about 2 different things here: When I say I'm using the joystick axis for pitch and roll - pitch by pulling back on the stick or pushing forward to climb or descend, and roll - to bank the aircraft left and right by pushing the stick left and right. You are saying, NOT to fly the aircraft with the joystick in this way? Not to fly any aircraft with a joystick in X-plane using these axis? "Yes.. that is what I suggest everyone, Not only this airplane but any. The reasons are well explained in the manual. The micro-inputs of not well calibrated (and usually are micro-impulses) trim axis produces the disconnect of the autopilot IN ANY airplane of xplane." It sounds like you are suggesting to not use the joystick axis for TRIM (and only trim). I'm just confused how anyone could have the joystick axis set up for trim, then how would they be flying the aircraft (banking, climbing, descending, etc).
  9. Thanks for the clarification and quick reply. I have another question/clarification about page 6 procedures in the manual: "Important: If you want the Jetstream fly correctly with autopilot modes, then don’t assign any axis to any trim mode (pitch, roll or heading)." Having a tough time understanding this passage. It says not to assign any axis to any trim mode (Pitch, roll or heading). Pitch and roll are both assigned to my joystick axis under 'Settings > Joystick & Equipment > Axis ' I'm using a joystick, to control pitch and roll axis - what are you suggesting? That I should not use the joystick axis for pitch and roll? Also, having a tough time understanding this passage as well: "To it with button pressing (as the real one). If you don’t do this, the plane will try to catch the autopilot mode but the first control that is going to obey are the trim axis, and because if they are axis always are making inputs to the plane." Any clarification would help. Maybe some of the translations are where we are losing each other? You've done a great job so far. Thanks
  10. Thanks for your reply. Pardon my ignorance, but I guess I'm confused by the Lock Control. What exactly is the purpose of the control lock - in the sim and in real life?
  11. On Page 6 of the manual it says: "IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that once you have ended flying the Jetstream, you DON’T QUIT X- Plane with it loaded. You have to load other plane (any) and then when loaded, quit. If you don’t do this, you will loose all your axis assignations but the throttle one. Specially when the controls al locked." Does this mean that you always have to load another plane before quitting just to keep your joystick settings preserved with this bird? Seems quite cumbersome... Am I missing something? Is this a temporary measure?
  12. Looks amazing! When do you think it will be 64-bit ready? After switching to 64-bit, it's hard to imagine going back...
  13. Mindless post. Stop cluttering the airwaves.
  14. I've upgraded to 10.6 and I took my first flight without any troubles. Wow.
  15. So you think its an activation issue? Will I get support from X-aviation through this forum?
  16. I have a similar issue... For the first time in over 30 days since I bought the CRJ, I actually launched the CRJ without crashing using the latest version, 1.1.1. I was not able to use the first 2 releases at all, so this was an exciting moment - the plane was going to finally work! I think I might have celebrated too soon. I opened up x-plane, activated my plane, but most of the displays were not functioning - only the inner displays were on (see attached pic). Then I quit out of x-plane, and reloaded the CRJ and this time everything was running fine - all displays were on. Wow. For the first time in 30 days it actually appeared this might work for me. I quit out of x-plane again to make sure this wasn't a mirage, and of course, now I've got no displays. This time all displays are dead. In addition to all displays appearing dead, the GIZMO drawer on the right side of the screen which usually gives me my FPS is gone, seems to have disappeared and I can't get it to re-appear... This is a fresh install of X-plane, and a fresh install of 1.1.1. The only plugin installed is pilot view.
  17. I noticed that after the un-install, a couple of folders/files remained undeleted... X-Plane/Aircraft/X-Aviation/CRJ-200/license_key.txt X-Plane/JRollonPlanses/SavedRoutes After running the un-installer, should any remnants be left?
  18. Uninstalled, and re-installed 2x. Same result. Loads x-plane to the runway, freezes in cockpit view...
  19. When it was running, performance was great with frame rates anywhere from 25 - 50... It was working fine on a FRESH install of x-plane, then the text thing happened in the middle of a flight, and now I can't get the CRJ to load at all - freezes when it gets to the cockpit...
  20. Re-installed, now x-plane just hangs at the cockpit screen, nothing works... then I have to force quite. ugggh.
  21. My displays are not displaying properly - mid-flight, the text becomes garbled... Specifically, the FMS and the glass display right above it (see pic) become corrupted out of nowhere... I'm on 10.5.8 and I was not able to use version 1.0, but with a fresh install of x-plane I was able to use 1.1 so far, but not I've got the garbled text issue. I did validate my Fonts through Font Book, and I removed any duplicated or damaged fonts. I was so close to a near perfect flight, and I must say it was worth the wait and the aggravation. It's an amazing work of art, or experience really.
  22. Running tons of creative suites of software that are specifically for 10.5.8 - If I upgrade to 10.6, I have to upgrade everything = thousands and thousands of dollars. I won't migrate to 10.6 for a while - no need everything is very stable.
  23. Are you saying that the aircraft won't operate on 10.5.8? As of right now, that sounds like the cause and source of your problem, yes. 10.6 is a relatively cheap update (very), and saves on a LOT of hard drive space. I recommend this update to ANYONE with a Mac and meets the system requirements for it! It also has enhanced graphic drivers, and should be used, in my opinion. What a shame. I'll need to get a refund if this plane doesn't work on 10.5 - I tested my system using your hardware 'Minimum Hardware Diagnostic" installer it told me my machine running 10.5.8 did in fact meet the requirements to run the CRJ200. Upgrading to 10.6 is out of the question for me a this point in time. Please advise next steps.
