I'm really looking forward to a couple of things, in order: 1. XP-Jets 777 - I love the actual 777, and their model looks fantastic, 3d wise and system wise. 2. X-Plane 10 - Hopefully it will really come out this Christmas... 3. IXEG 737 - Another great looking add-on. 4. Boeing 747-400 and Saab 340 By Leading Edge - I don't own any of there add ons, but their aircraft look fantastic, and they seem to going into a hell lot of system detailing. 5. Boeing 777, 767, and 757 By ramzzess and Felis - These guys make pretty good aircraft, and since I like to fly big airliners, these should be a good set. 6. Airbus A320 By Javier Rollon - I love the A320, and we all know how Javier can make aircraft... this one is so low down the list because I have no clue as to it's date of completion, and his planes usually take a while... That's pretty much it, anyway, this is my X-Plane wish-list!

I think we all just don't know when it is going to appear. I think the wait has been too long, especially since the release date was pushed back several times. I just want a bit more information on its progress. :-\

Hello All. I just upgraded my computer to the following specs: Intel i7 2600 AMD Radeon HD 6970 2GB 4GB Ram 650 PSU And I ran x-plane on the rendering options attached, with Samen's A340, and a detailed KATL imaginesim scenery. Whenever I put objects on totally insane, my fps drops to 19. When it's on default, I get 50++ frames and even up to 100++ in exterior view. Am I overestimating my new computer, or should I be able to run x-plane smoothly with objects on totally insane? Thanks

Hey All. Soon I shall be upgrading my computer, making a big switch from Mac over to Windows, mostly because of the lower price and better specs available. I have decided on all my other parts except for my video card. Initially I thought of going for the Radeon HD 6970, with two GB of VRAM. Recently, however, I learnt that nVidia's counterpart, the GeForce GTX580, is a faster video card, beating the 6970 in all PC games, in terms of FPS. However, the 580 only has 1.5 GB of VRAM. My question is, should I get the slower video card with more VRAM, or the faster one with less VRAM? Many Thanks for suggestions!
