Hi Cameron, thanks for the reply. I've had a look at IXEG_user_prefs.txt file, however the use_avitab line is already set with a 0. please see attached image for the rest of the settings in that file

i dont think i've ever done that, i dont even know what avitab is, tbh. how can this be reset? uninstalling and re-installing the aircraft doesnt seem to help.

Good morning Since 12.20b2, i've experienced the gizmo64 console pop up with an error message everytime i load the plane. Further, it seems like the plane doesn't fully load and has very loud audio and jittering graphics in the cockpit. to get everything back to normal, i have to go to the IXEG preferences tab in the options menu, then everything somehow goes back to normal. the options in the preferences menu also dont seem to actually "save", as they default to their previous values when the a/c is reloaded. this is 100% repeatable on every load of the IXEG. i perhaps thought that deleting the aircraft and installing from scratch using the x-aviation installer would sort it out, but didnt seem to do much as the issue is still there. i am using a ryzen 5 9000 series CPU, and a radeon 7900xt incase this matters. would appreciate some feedback on the issue. thanks

Mark, i can confirm that APP mode does capture the G/S correctly, as long as its armed before the glideslope needle is in the middle. (above middle=below glideslope... below middle=above glideslope) try this to rule out a few errors: fly your usual route..but reduce your altitude earlier than usual once you reach T/D. then enable LOC just as you've lined up for approach to the runway. once LOC has been locked, keep an eye closely on vertical needle. if you're below the G/S, the pink diamond needle will be right at the top and slowly move lower down as you get closer to the runway, just as you get close to the mid point, hit APP mode and enable CMD B. you'll then notice the G/S in white letters turn green then you should be good after that.

i remember reading on one of the threads that there is (or will be) a way to de-authorise machine id's from the x-aviation site directly. i cannot find this option anywhere, so its probably still in development. i reckon, for now you could open a ticket and ask support to de-authorise your old machine hardware since you are now moving to new hardware. however from what i've read, you should have spare hardware slots available to you anyway (4 i think)

Hi everyone, Im a bit of a newbie on this site. I've just purchased the 737, and before i install it later this evening, i wanted to clarify something; i have both XP10 and XP11 installed on the same physical machine. I understand that this a/c is primarily for XP10, and can work with some XP11 hacks. would it be okay to use it on both my XP10 and XP11 installs? (obviously not at the same time). Just to clarify, it is the same hardware, OS etc would this be acceptable use, or not allowed? thanks!
