Preparation for a vacation flight from EDDL

There you have the problem, Im only online on IVAO, without any special reasion. Just growed into it... but I'm feeling sad about the lack of american traffic on IVAO. There is Vatsim better than IVAO I guess. If these two networks would merge, this would be awesome. But by the way, IVAO is right now developing a new IVAP (Pilots client), but I have absolutely NO idea if there is any improvement in terms of MP traffic, and their visual apperance...

Yes totally true, but this is not especially Xplanes fault. See what PilotEdge is capable in terms of the HD models they are using.... the IVAO and VATSIM Client need to be reworked!

Woah... really really cool Video! And the new User Interface will totally blame FSX and P3D, I guess it will give Xplane an unbeleviable boost in terms of users! And the new lighting engine.. cant wait. Really cool.. hopefully they dont need too long anymore! Good news up on the horizon!

Hi, I'm on my way to EPWA from EDDF right now, I discovered that the Missed Appr. Proc. is over 600NM long, I attach a Pic where I'm still in EDDF and you can see the magenta line passing from EPWA coming... Using AIRAC (Navigraph) 1604 right now... Cheers

How about posting your system specs here and we take a look?

Hi there, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. Is it normal that the indication bar on the right of the nav display is overlapping the magenta line? You can see it clearly on the picture below... Cheers Steffen

Did you fly online? I'm still confused how to fly online with 2 pilots on different networks...

Would love to see it fixed.. only flying online and it really kills the immersion. But I couldn't find any solution... so I hope the IXEG team is finding one. Or even better, the new X-IVAP is going to be released soon with the same aircraft models like pilotedge is providing

Welcome to EDDL

Hi, right now I'm up in the Air GMI66C on my way from LOWi to EDDL. The ATC advised me to go direct KPT (Kempten) on my SID so I put KPT into the scratchpad and tried to put it on the first highlighted waypoint on my legs page to get a "DCT" (This worked before perfectly fine on other flights) but here I got this Error (severals tries) I would love to upload the log file as well, but I have no clue where to find it? So you do run pretty much the same hardware as I do. The nearest solution ist that there is anything wrong with your sim. Did you try to reinstall it and just run it simple and clean?

So is this normal so far? Is this like a real Pilot would do it?

Just to give you my experience: My system: i7 4770K 3,5Ghz GTX 980Ti 6BG Vram 512 SSD 16GB GDDR 3 Ram and I never ever had a stop during flght so load a custom scenery! There is something wrong with your hardware. I experienced a big improvement in terms of loading times since I installed a SSD, especially when it comes to photoscenery loading (I do have whole germany, austria and sourrounding covered with it). So check as XM 10922 already said where your bottleneck is. Cheers Steffen
