  1. Jon, No problem... enjoy the aircraft. Jim
  2. Please refer to Page 116 in the POH. The POH is in the documents folder inside the aircraft folder. Hope this helps! Jim
  3. Not sure what you mean by de-tune. You can "turn off" the ADF bearing pointers, is that what you want?
  4. The control panel(s) to the left of the NAV1 radio and to the right of the NAV2 radio are the DCP (Display Control Panels). They have controls for various aspects of the EADI and EHSI displays including: - Decision Height adjustment - CRT brightness levels - Radio Altitude Test - Flight Director (ON/OFF) - Elapsed time - Rose, Sector, and Radar selector - DTA (Declutter) - DEV (Map Mode) - BRG (ADF bearing) And these functions are ALL working in the Saab 340A as per the "real" aircraft.
  5. I will check this out when I get a chance.
  6. Charley, The type of computer you have should have nothing to do with this. The amperage is based on systems set up in Planemaker. I'm not sure if what you are seeing is "normal" or a change in XP10. I will check this further. Jim
  7. Charley, Same as any other FMS entry... as per the manual... you need to select the NDB button and then enter the ID of the station.
  8. Charley, As Cameron mentioned above the map is custom coded. I guess others have just not chosen to do this yet. Jim
  9. Charlie, The FMS issue is a known bug and has been resolved. This will be part of the next update but I can not give you an exact date at this time. I'm not sure where you got the information that the map wouldn't work but that has never been an issue. I am glad you're enjoying the aircraft. Stay in touch here to learn when the update will be available. Jim
  10. Ian, In Planemaker go to Standard -> Systems -> Limits2 (tab). Second item on the left is the "Nominal Oil Pressure".. enter 45.. press RETURN Go to File -> Save Quit Planemaker That should do it. Jim
  11. OK, I just modified the landing and taxi lights to conform to the new parameters in XP10. This will be included in the next update of the Corvalis. When the update is released, please let me know how it works or you. Jim
  12. Thanks for the pics, I will get back to you on this. Jim
  13. Dissy, The nominal value for the oil pressure should be set to 45. The control stick and rudder pedals are not animated. Jim
  14. As I said, I cannot recreate the issue with the landing light... please post (2) separate pics, one with the taxi light on ONLY and one with the landing light on ONLY. The taxi light is less bright and more "yellow" than the landing light, which should be apparent when looking at them from the outside. The previous pic you posted appears to be more yellow but it could be the angle.. please take the new pics from about 45˚ or less (but not 90). I agree that the taxi light is NOT showing up on the ground and I will check into that. Yes, the taxi and landing lights are on at startup. The topo map issue is related to the brightness of the instrument lighting, which was changed in XP10. This has been corrected for the next update of the Corvalis. Jim
  15. OK.. some more info... 1. Landing lights work fine for me. The (third) picture you posted shows the "taxi" light on, not the landing light... I can confirm that the taxi light is not showing up on the runway and will get back to you on that. 2. I have confirmed with Laminar that the Nav light texture issue is a bug and will be fixed in the near future. 3. See what Cameron said above.. an OOM error can cause the plugin to stop working altogether, which would cause the switches to shut off. 4. I cannot reproduce the issue with the topo map.. please post a pic of what you are seeing. 5. You can set up a "view" that can be accessed via the num keypad to quickly zoom into the "ReadyPad". This should be just as good as a "pop-up". Jim
  16. Please refer to Page 137 of the POH. Let me know if you still have problems. Jim
  17. Please post your system specs including CPU, GPU, etc. Also, please tell us your render settings. 1 & 2.)The graphics issues may be GPU related and/or driver issues. 3.) As for changing liveries.. that is a new issue and I will have to look into it. 4.) Please tell me where you are flying that you see this so I can test it. 5.) Will consider for the future. 6.) Then don't Thanks for your business. We will try to resolve all issues for you. Keep in Mind that XP10 is still relatively new and currently changing all the time, so, some of these problems you are having may be related to that. Jim
  18. Some quick answers before I look into this further... The "real world" version of the G1000 as implemented in the Columbia/Corvalis DOES NOT have a backcourse button. So, I will test this further and let you know what I come up with. As far as the NDBs are concerned the answer is "NO", I will not add this in the future as it is not available in "real life" in this version of the G1000 for the the Columbia/Corvalis. Jim
  19. If the runway ILS has a backcourse signal then you would simply fly it the same as you would the standard ILS... there is no "backcourse" button, use the "NAV" button. The G1000 in the Cessna/Columbia 400 does not allow for tuning of NDB frequencies. However, you can input an NDB "ID" into the FMS. Jim
  20. Even at full screen it is hard to follow the cursor and/or tell which buttons you are pressing. In any event, I just tried to recreate the problem using your list of actions and could not get the results your are seeing. Since this is intermittent with no "definite" steps to recreate there is not much I can do at this point. This may be part of the same issue that was causing problems with the FMS/autopilot tracking mentioned in another thread. This has been resolved for the next update of the Corvalis, which should be out fairly soon. The best I can suggest at this time is to hold on until the update and see if that resolves the problem for you. Jim
  21. It is difficult to see the "exact" steps you are taking to create the problem, even at HD. Since you have the original video you could please write down "each and every" step in the video up to the point that the problem first occurs (at approx. 2:10 as you indicated). I can then attempt to recreate this. Jim
  22. This is an activation problem... contact Cameron at X-Aviation at... http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php
  23. Should be very soon!
  24. I loaded the Corvalis (1.3) in 10.05r1 and here is a pic of the ReadyPad Button... Try restarting XP and load the Corvalis again and see what happens. Jim
  25. Do you have XP9 and, if so, are you seeing the same problem there ?
