Hi out there, maybe somebody else encountered this phenomen. If the xsquawkbox plugin is in the plugin folder I have round 8-10 fps less as without this plugin - same view, same scenerie, same RW, only BATT on. Regards Tom I am on WIN 7 / 64bit / 8GB RAM / i7 8core / Nvidia GTX580

Cause this product eats my time if I just want to use it - yesterday I just wanted to do an online flight and it ends in a xx hours session to find out why the crj with xsquawkbox does not work - I am not asked or paid to be a beta tester but I am sitting hours and hours to solve problems which you guys from xaviation give to me the paying customer - not to all users of course but as in the case of the crj to many. @ Ben - I feel you comment very insulting please stopp this. Cameron, please make clear that Gizmo and shrinkwrap are not so important once the plane is activated - maybe I am wrong but for me it seems those both plugins are only for activation. If not please be so kind and make clear what they are doing. It seems that running without those plugins does not change the CRJ200 at all - as far as I see. In my machine it helped to get back to work with xsquawkbox. Maybe you need Gizmo for future enhancement of the CRJ200?! Regards Tom

No Javier do not missunderstand me - the first 1.1. installer could not work without installed vers. 1.0 cause 1.1. wanted to deinstall first. So for my first CRJ 1.1 install I put back 1.0 and let the 1.1 run - that worked. Today after this problem happened - and I did nothing, really nothing I deinstalled the CRJ and did a clean install with the new 1.1. installer which I downloadad today. I read that cameron corrected the problem with this missing uninstaller from the first version. So I did a clean CRJ install on my machine. And I removed the problematic CRJ 1.1. with the uninstaller before. really the strange thing is that I did nothing special before this problem occur - yesterday I did a flight online on the vatsim net using xquawkbox as usual. after this flight I shut off the machine and when I started it today there was this problem. Believe me I do not have a messie machine - this machine runs only xplane nothing else. What I will defenitely do is to install a fresh xsquawkbox plugin then we will see. Regards Tom

There was no need to go further to see all displays - it is just not possible to connect GPU without the FMC. But I discovered something else - do you had any problems with the xsquawkbox plugin before. I did three tests now - the problem occurs with enabled xsquawkbox plugin (not connected). Now we get problems with the most used plugin in the sim world. Regards Tom

No the right Eicas works after switching on the Batt as usual - the FMC stays dark. Tom

javier, yes I downloaded a new installer cause the first one of the vers. 1.1 does not work without a preinstalled vers. 1.0 - maybe you can give me one download back, but this only beside I tell you what - I disabled all plugins which are not related to the CRJ and started xp again and the FMC worked again. Then I activated my plugins one by one (those plugin of which the CRJ worked before) and at the end if I activated all of them the FMC still works?! BTW - what is the shrink wrap plugin in my plugin folder - I never saw it before?? Right now I am going to install new video driver after reboot of the machine I will see what happpens and let you know. If I get the problem again for sure I will send you the log and crash file. Javier, this is very strange now - as i did a lot of flights and testings as you know - all of the sudden the crj stopped working. to be more clear after switching on the main batt and IRS to NAV - the FMC stays dark and on the popup no button is active. I made a new install of this plane but it stays dark. There was no conflict before with the FMC Please help Tom

Yes - we found that serialFP2 bug during the test for the KLN90B GPS from Dennis Prüfer who stores the navdata as well in the xp main folder. Regards Tom

Hi, be carefully using the VRINSIGHT MCP Panel with the CRJ200. The original seriaFP2 plugin is buggy. It changes directories! If you use serialFP2 after loading the CRJ200 the serialFP2 changes the xp main directory to the ressources plugin directory. As the CRJ200 uses files from the xp main directory during flight and preparation it will not work properly. You cannot load anything from the xp main directory or save anything to the xp main directory. For a temp solution VRINSIGHT build a bugfix till the new serialFP2 software comes out. uhuh - I did that once before - i will never do it again - I hate win for such stuff believe me - I am a mac user in my prof. live - I do not want to have any "what is he doing again" during delicate sound sessions with nervous directors.....but for simulating or gaming I thought pc is the best choice cause you can configure like you want....maybe I was wrong thnx for answer

Hi Javier, please can you describe how I choose an new RW after I wrote everything including RW and transition into the fmc. I tried to delete RW35 in EICK and got a chrash - I did not find a chapter in the manual about this. And please tell me how I just delete the star, the transition and the choosen RW to get just the clean route again. On the legs page it was just not possible to delete the runway anything else was to delete. and on the DEPARR page was the 35 still active - trying to delete it gave me the sudden crash. Regards Tom

Really does this FMC does not have a "Direct To". I assume that I see the look of the real one - so we can look forward for cool features in the future. This is what I love on good payware - we are going deep into the systems. Happy to hear that you follow the real one. Regards Tom
