Flying from Denver to Las Vegas with the FF 757-200PW/Flight time 1 hour 11 minutes I ended up having to deal with a landing gear fire on approach and extremely low visibility. That was indeed challenging, but in the end i landed safely in Vegas

Hey to all our dutch flight simmers!!! I just want to say well done!!!!! The game against Spain was simply amazing and the goals were stunning!!!! Could have been 0:5(penalty kick was unnecessary...) I know i should be cheering for another team(Sorry Switzerland...) but i just had to get this out! I wish a great World Cup Weekend to everybody!!! SwissCyul

You have a ton of "failed to find resources" errors in there. And it seems that you don't have OpenSceneryX installed. You should download that and re-download all the scenery packages for Toronto Pearson, which are causing the errors.

Yeah, we need more details please

How about a report to the operators...?

Dimitri, it's enough. Please stop hating on everyone, only because you got 2 dislikes. Everyone can express their own opinion here, even through dislikes and disagrees. So don't overreact if you receive some negative feedback from the others...

Plane nearly hits a sleeping guy on the beach in Germany
SwissCyul replied to HarryCYUL's topic in General Discussion
That airport is on a small island and extremely difficult to fly into!!! The runway is about 480 meters... Plane is nevertheless way to low. The pilot probably wanted a St. Maarten Experience- 1 reply

First of all thanks for your answer But i'm sadly not that into scenery development so could you maybe write a "plan" that i can follow? Like a guide through the process? Thanks, SwissCyul

Hey there flight simmers!!!! I converted this amazing Vancouver scenery from Fs2004 found here: http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=164474 It's simply amazing, like a pay ware product and it converts like a charm with no missing objects, etc. It also comes with a photo scenery of Vancouver airport, harbour, downtown, etc. Now the problem is that the airport itself has HD ground textures with taxi lines and ramp markings. But the orthophoto lies over that. Now you can't see the airport lines, only the ground photos which don't have the taxi lines on them. I want to get the ground textures over the ortho's, I've really tried everything, from separating the ortho's from the airport scenery and renaming them to zzz_CYVR Ortho, to renaming the single .pol files so that they appear in WED with the ground textures over the ortho's. But none of that works. I really don't know what to do anymore, because when i converted FlyTampa's Montreal it worked like i wanted to. So you have the ground textures over the ortho scenery. So here you see a screenshot with the ortho's removed: And now with the ortho's included: And i want the textures from the first picture over the ortho's from the second one Greetings and hoping for good replies, SwissCyul

Flying the Q400 from Montreal to Toronto City/Porter Airlines FlyJSim Dash8-Q400/Flight time: 56 minutes

It is indeed X Plane The plane is the Flight Factor 757 and it has those pilots by default. But a lot of other planes don't have pilots in the cockpit. If you are talking about the 757 it might be a bug with yours.

I have never seen a Westjet 737-200 still in service... I am well aware that Westjet operates 737's because i see them everyday out of my window, but my point was on the 732's and not on any other models.
-
Yeah, kind of in an angry and sad mood right now because of yesterday...
-
Wooow.... i think you guys all got my point in a whole different direction... First of all, Westjet is not flying the 737 anymore!!! And i said he didn't take any suggestions of the Canadian members in the community. My posts were not meant in any critical way against the developers. I just wrote my first thoughts. And i didn't say that i will not buy the aircraft. And i have no problem with buying extra liveries like for the 757 and the 727. So if you all could maybe calm down and stop hating on someones opinion that would be greatly appreciated.
-
Mhm, i was expecting the price to be around 30$. Because the 727 and the Q400 are also 32$... The disappointment with the livery selection is because FJS asked everyone in his forum to say which liveries we want for the 737. Well, he took none of the suggestions. And there were really about 30 posts saying they want liveries from Canadian airlines... I guess everyone has to make there own choices
-
Looks great!! I'm just a bit disappointed by the livery selection and the price... I wish we could have at least one airline from Canada that still flies the 737-200...(First Air, Canadian North, Air Inuit,...) And 47 dollars for it??!! I think i will wait for the IXEG 737 to be released...

Haha, no not this time

It's always nice coming home after a long day of flying San Francisco to Montreal/Flight time 4 hours 57 minutes(i landed in 5 minutes early )/Flight factor Boeing 757-200PW

Hey there once again This time with another problem. I own the FF Boeing 757 since about 2 weeks and its amazing. The only thing i noticed that you see no reflections at night from the beacon. Ramzzess showed the night reflections in a video, and there are lit texture files in the objects folder that show reflecting red lights on the fuselage. However when you load the aircraft up at night and switch on the beacon you can only see the lamp but no reflections. Screenshot to show you: I tried since hours to get those reflections. HDR on or off doesn't matter, lighting per pixel doesn't help either. Really frustrating... The a comparison shot with the Boeing 777-200LR by FF in which you clearly see the reflections on the fuselage: I have the same settings for both screenshots. Now the next strange thing ist that FF put around 20 lit texture files in the objects folder, all named differently but showing the same part of the fuselage with the beacon textures. Does anyone have the same issue? It's really weird because the beacon reflections is something integrated in the livery so it shouldn't have to do something with the specs of X Plane... Thanks, SwissCyul
