Thanks for reporting this! I can confirm the problem with the packs - the cabin pressure should leak, but it appears to be almost completely airtight (resulting in 0 rate of climb with packs off), I will investigate the code! The FLT/GRD switch only works while the aircraft is on the ground, as soon as it lifts off, it is automatically entering flight mode.1 point
