Yes, it is insufficient because there are crashes we have identified as being caused by other factor NOT involved in the stack trace, the full log assists in the identification of the state of the sim. Additionally we manually review every log to try and best ascertain why the sim crashed and provide useful troubleshooting steps for you to try as part of our dedication to supporting all users.
